Best Marketing Tips for Using Social Media to Promote Your Business
Marketing your business on social media can bring you more business but doing it the wrong way can actually lose you followers and potential customers. People do not want to be bombarded from posts from your social media pages. Some recommend posting daily but in my experience with my own 8 websites which have social media pages for each, I have discovered that I get more responses when I post daily on different platforms. I prefer to post two to three times a week per platform. For example, I will post on Monday, Thursday, and Sunday. I like to post on the weekend because it seems there are more active viewers on the weekends, most likely because during the week everyone is at work. Pay attention to what your followers are doing and talking about and post things that relate to them or could be helpful to them without tagging them directly. Check out these 19 Social media marketing tips to promote your business below.

Business Tip of the Day
"If your brain isn’t naturally wired for making order, learning how to plan your time can be a frustrating experience. Fortunately, it’s possible to overcome your natural wiring and better organize your time. Begin by reaching out to friends or colleagues who excel at planning or have good organization skills and asking for their advice. They may be able to offer solutions to problems that overwhelm you — or they might have suggestions for organization systems that you can try out. It will save you time (and a headache) if you don’t have to develop your own ideas from scratch. And be sure to ask them for simple solutions. Don’t aim to become an expert planner when you’re just starting out; having a basic level of knowledge is a good goal. Adapted from “A Way to Plan If You’re Bad at Planning,” by Elizabeth Grace Saunders" (2).
